AliceHQ is built and running. No customer is using it yet. We are looking for the first.
What is built
In controlled testing, Alice can answer a call, hold a conversation, capture and read back booking details, and produce a timestamped record of the call and what was captured. A caller can ask for their data to be deleted, and Alice identifies itself as AI when asked.
Connectors for Google Calendar, Cliniko, iBex, and Hostaway have been built, but have not been proven against a live customer account. They are not public claims of a live integration.
Where we are focusing
The current public focus is clinics, dental practices, hotels, and motels. Urgent or clinical matters must be handed to an appropriately qualified person; Alice does not provide clinical judgement.
Timestamped records are intended to help a business review what happened. They do not certify privacy or regulatory compliance. The business remains responsible for its own processes, disclosures, and human oversight.
Discussing a first deployment
Scope, availability, data handling, and commercial terms are confirmed directly before any deployment. First-deployment prices start at $297 + GST per month; a named integration is activated only after its exact workflow is proven.
